General Contractor in Vista, CA
Vista is home base. Most of the housing stock here went up between the 1960s and the 1990s, which means single-story ranches and tract homes on generous lots with stucco walls, tile or shingle roofs, and back yards that were never really finished. Those lots are the opportunity. A covered patio, a pavilion, or a detached ADU fits on a typical Vista parcel without a fight, and the city has gotten more workable on accessory dwellings than it used to be.
The other half of our Vista work is inside. Houses from this era were framed with small kitchens and a wall between the kitchen and the living room almost every time. Taking that wall out is a structural job, and on a 1970s Vista ranch it usually means a beam, real posts, and a footing underneath rather than a header slipped in and hoped for. We do that work with permits so it shows up correctly when you sell.
We work out of Vista and Luke lives here, so a walk-through is a short drive rather than a scheduling problem, and if something needs looking at during the job we can be there that day.
